1. organize or plan your habits weekly.

2. Write in a planer all your daily activities.

3. Create a list of things to do, separate them by category, work, home and staff.

4. Prepare your food in advance: make a list of what you want to eat and create a menu for the week, after preparing them, store them in a watertight container to make it easier when preparing them, especially if you have a busy week.

5. You must keep your house organized, clean everything you have used during the day or the days before.
