Snooze button.

The button can help you get up slowly until you're fully awake, but it prevents you from getting out of bed on time, and during that process, you can fall asleep deeply, it will be problematic if you don't start moving in time to start your duties.

Social media.

Ideally, when waking up, stretch, get out of bed and start your routine healthily. But the fact that when you open your eyes, the first thing you do is use your mobile to check your social networks before you start doing your work, it's a mistake, because when you realize what time it is, the time will be over and you've lost valuable time because you entertained yourself too much with your favourite social network that you lost sight of what required your immediate attention.

Planning your day.

When you plan your day in the morning, you overlook a lot of things, and the plan isn't unique, you have to make adjustments. Planning gives you the advantage of being able to take your time and think about what you need to do during the next day and be able to organize everything according to your priority.

Exercising.

No rule forces you to exercise during that time, if you feel forced to do it, do not do so because it will become a burden that sooner or later you will leave.

Every person is different, so if your body is willing to exercise, whether it's getting out of bed, getting out of work, etc., then you're ready to do that action.

Dehydration.

Not drinking water in time affects your health causing, discomforts, such as headaches, drowsiness, and more. Hydrating is one of the most important health habits. Remember that the brain is 80% water and needs to stay hydrated for proper functioning.

Inconsistent time.

Not distributing your time wisely, stresses your thinking about how long it's going to take you to do that action, especially if you have a deadline to deliver the work. When you leave things for later, you're just charting a long path to laziness. Planning your time for increased productivity and improving job or academic performance.
