Life

Life Edition/ Minimalism.

Most people have our accumulator side, which leads us to store things that we may not use again, taking up unnecessary space in our home. They may be small things, but seeing them together turns out to occupy a great space in our lives, it causes a limited vision; this, in turn, leads us to live a reduced life.

Focusing on important things, living more with fewer things, reducing everything to the essentials, will help improve our lives; is to start over. This is having a minimalist approach; but let's see, what it means.

Minimalism is to live simply, stripping us of everything we don't need, making the most of the time we have, giving everything the span it deserves. It is a style and philosophy of life that focuses on what is important; but more than a lifestyle, it is a full lifestyle, a tool to meet our goals, leading an organized and productive life. It teaches us that we do not need excessive material possessions to be happy, but only the essential, everything that is important.

We must remember that happiness is not measured by the value of material goods, but by the value, we give to important things; how to value time and what living means to enjoy life, but healthily, learning to prioritize needs; defining who we are and where we want to go.
