Four things that will energize your mornings.
Sometimes we feel exhausted when we wake up, and it becomes difficult because we lack the energy to get out of bed.
On too many factors influencing our day-to-day life: physical and mental fatigue may be due to a vitamin deficiency, or we are not getting enough sleep, concerns etc.
Then we must be prepared and have a support plan to be able to function in these situations.
The brain and body need to release that tension that builds up because of stress.
Breathe:
Take some time to meditate and take a deep breath, think about what's important to you today, what you want for yourself, what you want to live, creates your own story.

Take a break:
If you have no desire to do anything, that's the best thing you can do, don't do anything you usually do. Think this is your time where you say enough, now, you want to lie down on the couch or lie on the bed with your eyes closed without thinking about work, friends, family, just listening carefully to the silence, go back to sleep without thinking about what surrounds you.

Give yourself love:
A show of affection for you, an activity that makes you feel good, happy, you will feel better if you give yourself that special care you need.
If you feel like dancing, singing, drinking a cup of chocolate with cream and sparkles, if that makes you happy, then consider yourself feel free to express yourself with love to yourself.

Get out:
Go to a place that allows you to appreciate life, the little things, explore what the world has to offer you in a day, steer your course without any expectation, only you with a desire to find yourself, be grateful for those moments of happiness, for health, for life.
Walking to the park in the morning, breathing fresh air, feeling the cold air rubbing your cheeks, 's priceless, a feeling so comforting it makes you forget everything that overwhelms you.
That perception of needed this, I longed to feel my heart beating with impetus makes you feel alive, it makes you see the world with other eyes, you will feel stimulated to start your day with more strength and vitality.
