Vegan pasta

Ingredients:

  • Lasso noodles.
  • Ground soybean.
  • Mushrooms.
  • Mozzarella cheese.
  • Green olives with pepper.
  • Cornstarch 1 tablespoon.
  • Olive oil.
  • Garlic, pepper, laurel powder and salt, to taste.
  • Spices, thyme, basil, oregano, 3, spice of spices, rosemary. (Chopped)

Mozzarella Daiya cheese 8oz.

Preparation:

  • Prepare the soy meat, season it with garlic paste, add salt, pepper to taste, add the 3, spices, mix everything very well.
  • Heat the pan beforehand.
  • Use a tablespoon of olive oil, fry the meat until it is at its point. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Cook the noodles and add a pinch of laurel powder.
  • Slice the mushrooms and sauté them.
  • Prepare the sauce: Add 2, tablespoons of water to the cornstarch and mix very well.
  • Pour the noodles into the sauce, add the cheese, mix everything very well.
  • Serve and garnish with basil.
