Vegan pasta
Ingredients:
- Lasso noodles.
- Ground soybean.
- Mushrooms.
- Mozzarella cheese.
- Green olives with pepper.
- Cornstarch 1 tablespoon.
- Olive oil.
- Garlic, pepper, laurel powder and salt, to taste.
- Spices, thyme, basil, oregano, 3, spice of spices, rosemary. (Chopped)
Preparation:
- Prepare the soy meat, season it with garlic paste, add salt, pepper to taste, add the 3, spices, mix everything very well.
- Heat the pan beforehand.
- Use a tablespoon of olive oil, fry the meat until it is at its point. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook the noodles and add a pinch of laurel powder.
- Slice the mushrooms and sauté them.
- Prepare the sauce: Add 2, tablespoons of water to the cornstarch and mix very well.
- Pour the noodles into the sauce, add the cheese, mix everything very well.
- Serve and garnish with basil.
